Rezdôra brings private dining to your home: seasonal Italian dishes prepared for you, helping you host effortlessly and enjoy your guests.
Whether planning a birthday dinner, a family gathering, or an intimate evening with friends, I oversee preparation, cooking, kitchen operations, and cleanup to ensure a relaxed, warm, and effortless experience.
Menus are inspired by Italian home cooking and tailored to your guests’ dietary needs and preferred atmosphere.
What's included
Before the event, we discuss your guests’ preferences and create a personalised, seasonal Italian menu for your gathering.
On the day of your event, I will prepare everything from scratch in your kitchen and remain throughout the meal to ensure everything runs smoothly.
The service includes:
- Menu planning
- Fresh cooking in your home
- Kitchen management
- Coordination of timing and service
- tidy kitchen upon departure, dishes loaded and cookware washed by hand
Private dining is available for groups of 4 to 12 guests.
Rates
€80 per hour for the first hour, including consultation and planning
€60 per hour thereafter
Optional grocery shopping service:
€50 per hour plus ingredients at cost (receipts provided)
All prices + VAT
As a guide, a private dinner of 3 to 5 courses for 5 guests generally requires around 4 to 5 hours, including preparation, cooking, and service. Buffet-style gatherings for up to 10 guests may require less time depending on the menu.
A Note on the Menu
Menus are seasonal, balanced, and inspired by Emilia-Romagna’s generous, relaxed, family-style cooking.
The focus is on a welcoming table experience with carefully prepared, fresh dishes in your home—not restaurant-style fine dining.
I am happy to accommodate allergies, dietary requirements, and personal preferences so every guest feels comfortable and cared for.
