Join me for a hands-on Italian cooking experience, inspired by the traditions and flavours I grew up with in Emilia-Romagna.
The price covers everything: fresh ingredients, the dishes we prepare together (to share at the table or take home), and a glass of Italian wine I have chosen for you.
Duration: approximately 2.5 to 3 hours
Each class is an intimate journey into the flavours and traditions of Emilia-Romagna, just as I experienced them growing up.
Food has always been the language of my family.
Both of my grandmothers are gone now, but my great-aunt Vilma, who is 92, still lives on her own and continues to inspire my cooking. I call her for advice, and whenever I visit Italy, we cook together in her kitchen.
That spirit of sharing recipes, stories, and knowledge is at the heart of every Rezdôra cooking class I offer.
Whether we gather in your kitchen, mine, or with a small group, these classes are about coming together. We cook, learn, and share the experience, just as Italian families have done for generations.
I bring everything you need—ingredients and equipment—right to your home, so you can relax and enjoy a welcoming atmosphere where everyone is invited to join in, no matter their cooking experience.
At the end of the class, we sit down together to enjoy the meal we have made. If you are hosting friends or family, I will make sure your kitchen is tidy and ready for the rest of your evening.

Private Group Cooking Experiences
If you are looking for something special for a birthday, family gathering, team event, or celebration, I can help create a memorable experience.
Rezdôra cooking classes can be arranged as private group experiences. We will prepare an authentic Italian menu together, learn traditional techniques, share stories, and enjoy the meal around the table when the cooking is finished.
These experiences are relaxed and interactive, designed to bring people together through food. You do not need any previous cooking experience—just curiosity and a good appetite.
Available for small groups at your home or at a venue in Abcoude.
